Legal services are provided based on an hourly rate, which depends on the complexity of the case and starts at 2,000 CZK. The fee does not include incurred expenses, such as travel expenses, compensation for time lost, expert opinions, court, and administrative fees.

For regular legal services, a flat fee can be agreed upon, depending on the type and complexity of the legal service.

The fee can also be agreed upon as a contingency fee, where the lawyer is entitled to a proportional part of the recovered performance.

If the lawyer's fee is not regulated by an agreement with the client, it follows the Decree of the Ministry of Justice No. 177/1996 Coll., the Advocacy Tariff, as amended.
